Cardinal Engineering LLC Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Cardinal Engineering LLC. As a key member of our Environmental Qualification Testing (EQT) team, you will be responsible for providing EQT support to the Navy's Surface Ship Torpedo Defense System program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform shock, vibration, Electromagnetic Interference (EMI), and humidity testing
  • Collaborate with a small team to work through completion of system EQT
  • Develop and implement finite element analysis and modeling codes
  • Ensure compliance with Navy programs, procedures, and processes
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Mechanical, Marine, Aerospace, or Electrical Engineering
  • B.S. degree in a relevant field or technical discipline
  • Experience with EQT and Navy programs, procedures, and processes
  • Proficiency with finite element analysis and modeling codes
  • US Citizenship and ability to obtain a SECRET security clearance
