Senior Design Engineer

At Bohler Engineering, we're looking for a Senior Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you'll be responsible for engaging with external clients, perfecting your technical site design knowledge, and sharing your expertise with your team.

As a Senior Design Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from initial project scoping to project closeout. You'll partner with your manager to tailor your career path towards your vision, whether that's as a technical design expert or project/staff manager.

You'll have complete visibility and involvement in the projects your team works on, and open and transparent communication with senior leadership and local office management.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a passion for design and creative problem-solving, a solid work ethic, and the ability to learn quickly. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required, and a Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus.
