Client Service Overview

As a key member of the Paychex team, this role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This position is responsible for driving client retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth through exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities

  1. Conduct in-depth business needs analyses during client interactions and through business assessments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  2. Evaluate clients' current product suites and provide recommendations to ensure their business needs are met and revenue growth is promoted.
  3. Serve as a liaison between clients and the PEO, resolving concerns, escalating issues as needed, and ensuring client requests and questions are addressed in a timely manner.
  4. Collaborate with internal partners to develop and implement strategies that enhance the client experience and drive business results.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree - Required
  • Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
  • 3 years of experience in relationship management or customer service
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $35.50 hourly. Please note that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position.
