Senior Client Service Associate

At BMO Financial Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional operational support to grow our market share and maximize the profitability of client relationships.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide daily operational service support to clients, ensuring prompt and effective problem resolution and identifying enhancement opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on business objectives, executing work to deliver timely, accurate, and efficient service.
* Analyze issues and determine next steps, identifying and closing or referring enhancement opportunities during client service interactions.
* Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services, providing needed information or directing clients to the appropriate source.
* Track metrics and milestones, coordinating and executing specific activities for the implementation of strategic initiatives.
* Gather and format data into regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards, exploring and identifying enhancements and cross-sell opportunities.
* Actively listen to clients' concerns, diagnosing clients' service needs and facilitating timely client problem-resolution.
* Respond to client concerns in a professional manner, conveying ownership, competence, and respect for the client relationship.
* Accurately document client requests using the group's tracking systems, facilitating action to close gaps between client expectations and client experiences.
* Apply consistent and timely follow-ups to demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction and high standards of responsiveness.
* Serve as an advocate for individual clients, escalating issues as necessary to facilitate the timely resolution of service problems.
* Support the development of tailored messaging, writing, editing, and distributing communications.
* Track collection of client service fees, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on business objectives.
* Execute work to deliver timely, accurate, and efficient service, completing complex and diverse tasks within given rules/limits.
* Analyze issues and determine next steps, identifying and closing or referring enhancement opportunities during client service interactions.
**Requirements:**
* Typically between 2-3 years of relevant experience
* Ability to adapt to change
* Self-starter, does not require supervision
* Ability to assist clients in navigating digital products like websites and apps
* Nice to Have Amazon Connect or similar technology
* Specialized knowledge Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Verbal & written communication skills - Good
* Organization skills - Good
* Collaboration & team skills - Good
* Analytical and problem-solving skills - Good
**Salary:** $52, $98,400.00
**Pay Type:** Salaried
The above represents BMO Financial Group's pay range and type. Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure.
