Client Service Owner

Overview
As a Client Service Owner at Paychex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, driving revenue growth, and enhancing client satisfaction. This role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with internal partners and leadership to resolve client concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth business needs analysis to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions.
- Evaluate client product suites and make recommendations to promote revenue growth and retention.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and the PEO to resolve concerns, escalate issues, and ensure client requests are addressed.
- Develop and implement client satisfaction and retention-oriented programs to drive business growth.
- Maintain current knowledge of Paychex products and services to provide client education and support.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree - Required
- 3 years of experience in relationship management or customer service
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
Compensation
The starting base pay range for this position is $35.50 hourly. Please note that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position.
