The Client Partner plays a vital role in our team, serving as the primary point of contact for new and existing pharmacy partners. This key position requires a unique blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and interpersonal skills, as you'll work closely with pharmacists to understand their workflows, identify areas for improvement, and develop tailored solutions to drive revenue growth and success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing proactive guidance and support to pharmacy partners, helping them maximize the value of NimbleRx's services and features
  • Utilizing performance and revenue reports to identify opportunities for growth and adoption, and presenting these findings to key decision-makers
  • Actively collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, and Operations, to bring technical expertise and solutions to the table
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with pharmacy owners and staff, providing front-line support and addressing recurring issues

What we're looking for in a candidate:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in account management, partner/customer success, or a related field
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Pharmacy experience a plus, but not required
