About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Strategic Sales Director to spearhead the formation of a small yet high-impact team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving unparalleled growth and productivity through the implementation of cutting-edge sales methodologies, innovative client solutions, and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute commercial programs that propel our company to new heights
  • Lead the development of sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business and/or Marketing
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing field working directly with end-users
  • Proven track record in obtaining contractual business
  • Strong presentation and speaking skills
  • Team oriented, positive, persuasive personality
