Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Specialist to join our team at Focused HR Solutions in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have 8-11 years of experience as a Scrum Master/Agile BA and possess excellent communication skills.
The role is available for up to 8 months with the option of extension. We offer a competitive salary range of $$$80,000 - $110,000 per annum based on industry standards and location.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strong Communication Skills: An Agile BA needs to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, considering everyone's needs and concerns.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Our ideal candidate should be able to adapt quickly to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Knowledge of Agile Tools and Techniques: Proficiency in Agile frameworks, tools, and methodologies is essential for success in this role.
- Facilitation skills: Excellent facilitation skills are required to lead meetings, workshops, and training sessions effectively.
- Technical knowledge: A solid understanding of business processes, software development life cycles, and IT systems is necessary.
- Scrum Framework: In-depth knowledge of Scrum principles, practices, and artifacts is required.
- User Story Writing: Ability to write clear, concise user stories that capture business requirements.
- Business Process Flows: Understanding of business process flows, including identification, analysis, and improvement.
- Test Case Development and UAT: Experience in developing test cases and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is essential.
- Active CSM (Certified Scrum Master): Minimum 2 years of experience as a Certified Scrum Master is required.
