As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and supporting various financial dimensions of a project portfolio.

You will be entrusted to assist the Finance Senior Manager and Program Manager associated with these projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Cost accounting, revenue recognition, subcontractor financial oversight, At-Risk coordination, forecasting, variance analysis, invoice preparation/review, and cash flow management.
Accountable for complex tasks across various financial functions such as budgeting, auditing, forecasting, and analysis.
Lead the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial business reviews to provide insights into business performance.
Prepare monthly forecasts, risk assessments, and variance analyses for senior management.
Compile financials for the monthly closing and forecasting processes.
Analyze both the monthly forecast and current quarter alongside future projections.
Serve as the primary point of contact for financial communications.
Develop long-term financial models in collaboration with the management team.
May involve risk identification and recovery responsibilities.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as relevant government regulations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
Ensure readiness for year-end audits.
Provide financial leadership to the business, driving profitable growth.
Manage revenue and cost adjustment submissions, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
Collaborate across various organizations/functions, including sales, operations, line of business, and project management.
Monitor and evaluate the financial impact of changes in indirect rates, rate pools, and allocations.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years of relevant experience.
Proficient in Excel.
Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, or providing financial support at the program or corporate level.
Experience working with a government contractor.

Desired Qualifications:
Experience with Oracle preferred.
