In this position, you will take charge of supervising and directing various accounting operations, ensuring the precision and reliability of financial reporting. This role necessitates a solid grasp of accounting principles and practices, along with the capability to scrutinize intricate financial data and produce insightful reports.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare, evaluate, and interpret financial statements and reports, ensuring adherence to GAAP and internal guidelines.
  • General Ledger Oversight: Manage and uphold the general ledger, including journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments. Coordinate and execute the month-end closing schedule to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Aid in the formulation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections, offering analytical support and variance analysis. Engage in special projects and ad hoc analysis as directed by the organization.
  • Internal Controls: Establish and enforce internal control protocols to protect company assets and guarantee the accuracy of financial reporting. Ensure compliance with all regulatory mandates and collaborate with external auditors.
  • Process Enhancement: Identify areas for process enhancements and implement best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy in accounting operations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. CPA designation is preferred. Experience in public accounting is a significant advantage.
  • A minimum of 3 years in Accounting and Finance, encompassing knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial regulations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax legislation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work effectively within a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
