Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Financial

Innova Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative - Financial to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality customer service and support to customers on a daily basis, including phone interaction, problem resolution, and account transaction processing in a timely manner.
  • Execute all correspondent requisites in a timely and accurate manner with an understanding of the underlying business and specific customer needs.
  • Provide product knowledge and technical assistance as necessary.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, investigate and correct errors in customer accounts and statements.
  • Maintain correspondent accounts in accordance with applicable regulations and policies, ensuring regulatory compliance and minimizing exposure related to assigned processing tasks.
  • Enter information into a computerized database and communicate any problems or issues to management.
Requirements:
  • Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong product knowledge and technical skills.
