Job Summary:

The Contract Administration Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the Contract Administration process. This position serves as the liaison between contractors and area operations personnel, working closely with the Site Contract Administrator and various contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

The Contract Administration Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the Contract Administration process. This position requires a high school diploma with craft or technical experience, or a technical degree (2 year). The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability to work with many individuals, work on multiple tasks, and understand business drivers. Effective oral and written communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to present information to all levels in the organization and address external organizations.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective task planning is also required. Proficiency in various computer programs, including the Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, One Drive, Teams, SharePoint, FileShare), purchasing systems (SAP/S2P), ISNetworld, and Concur, is necessary.
