Job Summary:

The Certified Medical Program Administrator will be responsible for reviewing and processing electronic and paper applications, as well as providing exceptional customer service to applicants and certified personnel. This role will also involve maintaining accurate records related to certification and recertification, and providing assistance to individuals with respect to verification of past or current certification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Review and Processing: The Certified Medical Program Administrator will review and process electronic and paper applications in accordance with established procedures, utilizing electronic computer systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Customer Service: This role will provide telephone and email customer service to applicants and certified personnel, answering questions and providing information based on established procedures.
  • Record Maintenance: The Certified Medical Program Administrator will maintain accurate records related to certification and recertification, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Verification Assistance: This role will also provide assistance to individuals with respect to verification of past or current certification, using established procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • EMT Certification: Required, with knowledge of established procedures and protocols.

  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
