This is a part-time (20 hours/week) position with Tecknomic LLC and the project is with the Office of Unified Communication (OUC).
This is an onsite role (2 days per week) in a professional environment.

This role requires a candidate with 1-5 years of experience.
The OUC Technology Division is looking for a part-time App. Technical Specialist (Entry) to provide weekend IT support services on the 911/311 operations call floor.
The resource will be responsible for assisting / leading special projects as requested by the OUC.
The resource will be responsible for project oversight, application management, cost analysis, and overall system functionality.
In addition, the resource will be required to support the system, or network (LAN / WAN, etc.) as well as monitor applications for availability and performance, as needed.
The resource will be required to work / train during the week for the first few weeks on the job.
Once the resource is fully trained, the resource will be scheduled to work 10-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday.
Responsibilities:- Demonstrate expertise in conveying technical and functional concepts for a specific technical specialty.
- Identify improvements to project standards to achieve high quality services/products.
- Coordinate programming activities being conducted by the application development team.
- Confer with other business and technical personnel to resolve problems of intent, inaccuracy, or feasibility of computer processing and project design.
- Work with necessary personnel to determine if modifications are necessary with interested personnel to determine necessity for modifications or enhancements.
- Leverage excellent written and verbal communication skills to develop new business process and programming solutions as directed by business and technical stakeholders.
- Coordinate activities of application implementation and upgrades.
- Identify best practices and standards for the use of a product.
- Proven track record of hands-on technical design and implementation work within large complex systems.
- Proven hands-on technical work with a variety of technologies.
- Demonstrate technical expertise integrating a variety of diverse technical environments and cross-platform technologies.
- Deliver support for industry specific applications that require integration with statewide systems or applications.
- Interact with executive level business users or technical experts.
- Advanced experience in the required technical subject matter.
- Function as a niche technical SME (Subject Matter Expert).
- Proven experience across large and complex implementations and systems.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
