At Panduit, our mission is to empower innovation and drive growth through strategic product management. We're seeking a seasoned Broadband Product Manager to lead our product development efforts and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative product strategies, aligning with account management and marketing teams.
  • Lead precision execution throughout the product lifecycle, from business cases to global launches.
  • Provide exceptional application support, develop technical collateral, and deliver impactful training for Account Management Tools.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, evaluating product value propositions and contributing to pricing strategies.
  • Navigate pricing complexities, participate in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) forecasting, and expertly manage inventory.
  • Provide valuable cost inputs into Manufacturing Strategy, showcasing a holistic understanding of the business.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, addressing customer needs and inquiries, while fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in a technical or business field.
  • 5+ years of product management experience in telecommunications or fiber optics, with FTTx experience preferred.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency for efficient data analysis and modeling.
  • Product management understanding, including principles, development, lifecycle management, and market strategy.
  • Solid grasp of technical data in telecommunications and broadband technologies.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex concepts persuasively.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset for tackling challenges enthusiastically.
  • Rapid project prioritization based on customer feedback.
  • Proficient in researching and analyzing project requirements, facilitating collaboration and alignment.
  • Efficiently build understanding of market trends, competitive intelligence, financial data, and evolving customer needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
  • Capability to work autonomously, taking ownership of projects to successful completion.
  • Ability to travel 10-25% to Panduit, Customer, and Supplier locations.
