Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop operating systems and application software.
  • Conduct system backups and manage data recovery processes.
  • Maintain comprehensive inventory records of all hardware, software, and IT equipment within the organization's network.
  • Assist in establishing new user accounts and provide basic orientation on the use of computer systems and related software applications.
  • Stay updated on IT support tools, technologies, services, and procedures relevant to the organization's network.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding computer system issues or service requests via phone or service tickets.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing system and its workflows.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Information Technology.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with internal and external customers, support groups, and management.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Windows and Office 365.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Teams applications.
  • Proficient in the deployment of computers.
  • Ability to support printing and peripheral devices.
  • This role requires access to export-controlled items, and employment offers are contingent upon the applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, IS, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Accounting from an accredited institution.
  • 2 years' experience with IT Operating Systems, collaboration tools, and network topologies.
  • 2 years' experience with IT Support Chains.

Benefits: This position offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance (medical, dental, vision), an excellent 401k matching program, paid holidays, and vacation. The salary range for this role is $41,000 - $59,000.
