Client Relationship Specialist

As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will be responsible for nurturing connections with Fidelity's esteemed clientele. Your commitment to transparency and ethical practices will foster client loyalty and engagement, paving the way for enduring, positive partnerships. You will gain insights into managing a portfolio of clients and adeptly identify opportunities to enhance the value of these relationships. Your contributions will be evident in the growth of the business and in the rewarding interactions you will have with clients daily.



Qualifications We Seek
  • FINRA Series 7 & 63 licensed; Series 65 or 66 licensed and appropriate state registrations OR ability to obtain series 65/66 upon hire
  • 1-3 years of experience in financial services with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Knowledge of financial planning and familiarity with market products
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to provide tailored service to each client
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-focused environment
  • Creative problem-solving skills and confidence in decision-making with team support
  • A degree and/or relevant professional certifications are advantageous; if you do not possess a CFP or degree, our Tuition Reimbursement program can assist you in obtaining one


Your Role's Purpose

The Client Relationship Specialist plays a crucial role within the branch team, dedicated to cultivating client relationships and discovering meaningful ways to enhance these connections. You will ensure that Financial Consultants remain organized and that client needs are prioritized in daily operations.
