- Achieve or surpass sales targets by effectively marketing Epsilon products to clients in the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local OEM representatives.
- Engage in resolving customer concerns and facilitating retention efforts.
- Identify and implement solutions to existing challenges.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of client interactions and activities.
- Support the introduction of new sales initiatives by reviewing materials for accuracy and providing constructive feedback.
- Perform additional duties as required to align with corporate goals.
- Respond to requests for information from regional and corporate teams.
- Essential Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
