The Client Relationship Specialist will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding service to automotive dealership clients within a designated region. This role involves managing and promoting the Epsilon product suite to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborative Success: The Specialist will report to the Inside Sales Manager and collaborate closely with Dealer Marketing Consultants to meet dealership and corporate sales objectives.

Performance Goals
  • Achieve or surpass sales targets by effectively marketing Epsilon products to clients in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local OEM representatives.
  • Engage in resolving customer concerns and facilitating retention efforts.
  • Identify and implement solutions to existing challenges.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of client interactions and activities.
  • Support the introduction of new sales initiatives by reviewing materials for accuracy and providing constructive feedback.
