Attention to detail and strong client relationship skills are essential, as this team is pivotal in managing client interactions and information.
Each day presents unique challenges influenced by market dynamics and client needs, with the primary objective of mitigating market risk. This is a mid-level position, filling a vacancy left by a full-time employee on extended leave.
As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will serve as the primary liaison for clients of Insight Global, specifically those engaged in Futures & Options and OTC clearing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert for client inquiries related to trades, positions, lifecycle events, commissions, and product offerings.
- Facilitate internal communication to address client queries and escalations effectively.
- Serve as an escalation point for both clients and internal teams to resolve critical issues.
- Coordinate outreach to understand client intentions regarding trade dates and expirations.
- Manage client requests for additional access to relevant platforms.
- Maintain regular communication with the Marketing team to relay client concerns and product requests.
- Conduct regular meetings with priority clients to discuss performance metrics, outstanding issues, and strategic focuses.
- Collaborate with Client Service Relationship Managers to prioritize client issues and ensure timely resolutions.
- Encourage clients to utilize self-service options to streamline processes and reduce manual interventions.
- Keep client profiles and contact information current and accurate.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with a preference for candidates with extensive knowledge.
- Strong background in markets, particularly in Futures & Options.
- Experience in a large financial institution (FCM) is advantageous.
- Familiarity with the trade allocation process is beneficial.
- Exposure to GMI is a plus.
