Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at The Wonderful Company. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities- Process and manage all documentation (manifests, bills of lading, invoices) for principals and customers, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
- Coordinate with internal departments to meet KPI targets and improve service delivery
- Manage data entry of bills, freight details, and booking processes, ensuring all bills are processed and closed within KPI deadlines
- Liaise with Commercial and Sales teams on rates, and handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations
- Maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders and provide support with ad hoc documentation requests
- Oversee end-to-end processes for coastal shipments, including organizing local cartage and ensuring accurate bookings and container releases
- Reconcile and submit load lists, coordinate cargo readiness, and ensure export documentation is processed within set timelines
- Manage customs reports and ensure compliance with vessel schedules
- Ensure shipping instructions are received in a timely and accurate manner, matching the booking confirmation
- Coordinate with the shipper, DG Department, and terminals to obtain approvals for loading hazardous cargo
- 3-5 years of experience in shipping or freight in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to shifting deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CargoWise preferred
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional follow-up and organizational skills
