Job Summary:

The Guest Services Coordinator will assist in the direction and coordination of the Guest Services staff. This role will be responsible for scheduling, training, and developing team members to provide exceptional customer service to guests. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant work experience and supervisory experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the direction and coordination of the Guest Services staff
• Schedule and train team members to provide exceptional customer service
• Develop and facilitate team member client-based and new hire training programs
• Assist in creating, editing, and updating departmental manuals and materials
• Address questions/concerns and handle performance issues when necessary
• Assist in monitoring and responding to emails
• Serve as ADA Facilitator during events

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a similar facility
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Effective communicator, both verbal and written
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Programs (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Self-motivated and ability to motivate others
• Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Goal orientated, team player
• Easily adapts to change
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
