About this Role
The Head of Customer Success is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to retention and growth. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive customer success, build effective processes, and serve as the voice of the customer within the organization.
- Lead and develop critical operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives for our post-sale CS teams.
- Embed yourself in customer-facing teams to become an expert in their current workflows and tooling.
- Use your expertise and experience to identify opportunities for improvement and design solutions to address them.
- Develop and deliver workflow, reporting, automation, and tech/tooling solutions to directly impact the effectiveness of customer-facing teams.
- Use data to inform resource allocation and determine the highest impact projects to pursue.
- Build and manage a team that can help execute both short-term and long-term vision.
- Serve as an exceptional people leader and culture-bearer at MoeGo Community, nurturing and growing the customer success team through hiring, coaching, and training.
Requirements
We're looking for a seasoned professional with 8+ years of operations experience, 5+ years of which are in Sales or Customer Success Operations, preferably at a SaaS company. You should have a proven track record of building and developing world-class customer success teams.
Preferred Qualifications
We're looking for a creative problem solver with strong analytical and reporting skills. You should be able to identify reporting needs and transform data into actionable insights. A masterful cross-functional collaborator and relationship-builder with outstanding verbal and written communication skills is a must.
