About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Evolv Technologies Holdings, Inc. This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team that shares our vision for a safer world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute proactive success plans to promote product adoption and overall customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure they derive maximum value from our service
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and improve the overall customer experience
  • Monitor renewal risks and work with the team to quickly address any issues
  • Assist with Voice of Customer surveys and help drive customer references and case studies
  • Identify expansion opportunities and partner with sales to successfully close such opportunities
Requirements
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with customer success and account management
  • Knowledge of Evolv's products and services
