About this RoleThe Head of Customer Success is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to support. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive customer retention, revenue growth, and satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading critical operational projects and continuous improvement for post-sale CS teams
- Embedding yourself in customer-facing teams to become an expert in their workflows and tooling
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and designing solutions to enhance customer experience
- Using data to inform resource allocation and drive short-term and long-term growth
- Building and managing a high-performing team that can execute the vision
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 8+ years of operations experience in a high-growth environment, with 5+ years in Sales or Customer Success Operations
- 3+ years of proven track record in building and developing world-class customer success teams
- Experience hiring and leading operations teams
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to transform data into actionable insights
