Customer Success Manager

The Customer Success Manager role at Evolv Technologies Holdings, Inc. is a critical position that requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills. As a key member of the Revenue Organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their success with our products, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customized success plans to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
- Act as a trusted advisor to our customers, providing guidance and support to ensure they derive maximum value from our products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points, driving product innovation and improvement.
- Proactively monitor customer health, identifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure timely and successful renewals.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' businesses, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex customer issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
