About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal, Customer Success Manager to join our team at Telesign. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as an escalation point for customer issues, managing requests and troubleshooting tickets to ensure timely resolution.
  • Lead strategic monthly and quarterly business reviews to drive business growth and identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor and analyze customer usage and success metrics to inform business decisions and drive continued adoption and engagement.
Essential Requirements
  • 5+ years of strategic enterprise client service and account management experience in a similar B2B environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach and ability to develop actionable insights.
  • Experience with CRM software, data analysis tools, and project management methodologies.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent customer success experience.
