Job Overview
OATH's Clerk's Office is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to work in our Long Island City Office. This individual will interact with community members who find themselves at OATH and need information on how to proceed with summonses they have received.

Key responsibilities include:
  1. Intake, processing, and calendaring of cases.
  2. Significant contact with the general public to improve communication between OATH visitors and the agency.
  3. Responding to community inquiries and concerns.
  4. Ensuring that all OATH visitors understand the adjudication process.
  5. Providing case or other information and assistance to visitors.
  6. Investigating and attempting to resolve complaints from the public appearing before OATH.
