Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their insurance needs, providing exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and processing policy changes. You will also collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks, maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and courteously, assist in the preparation of insurance quotes and policy documents, process insurance claims and follow up on claim status, provide guidance and support to customers in selecting appropriate insurance coverage, stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and regulations, and assist in organizing and coordinating customer events and promotional activities.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
