Position Overview: The Costume Coordinator plays a vital role in fostering an inclusive environment for both staff and guest artists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the procurement of costume items, supplies, and materials in New York City.
  • Coordinate fittings and manage the tracking of purchases and returns.
  • Handle various administrative tasks to support the Costume Management team.

Collaboration: This role requires close collaboration with the Costume Management team to ensure an efficient workflow and production process.

Organizational Duties: Responsibilities include maintaining order in the design room, responding to costume requests during rehearsals, coordinating shoe fittings, and managing paperwork with A.R.T.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with multiple departments.
