Key Responsibilities
The Project Coordination Specialist will oversee internal financial project management functions and extend project management assistance to various departments within PROMETRIKA as required:
- Facilitate monthly Project Finance Review sessions with senior management for all relevant projects at PROMETRIKA, which includes organizing meetings, drafting agendas, recording minutes, and aiding other project managers in generating necessary reports.
- Support Project Managers in initiating and concluding project tasks.
- Assist in the processing of newly signed Statements of Work or Amendments.
- Help create and update Budget to Actual and Budgeted Hours spreadsheets for ongoing projects.
- Assist project managers in overseeing sponsor projects, which includes scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, minutes, timelines, and ensuring proper documentation of project communications.
- Contribute to the management of documents intended for submission to a Trial Master File for any assigned project.
- Assist Project Managers in documenting project-specific training within PROMETRIKA's Learning Management System (LMS).
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
Experience Requirements
- Proficiency with personal computers and standard Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is essential.
- Experience in the life sciences sector is preferred but not mandatory.

- Strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Capability to manage multiple projects, balance workloads, and meet deadlines.
