Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Services Associate to join our team at Dodge Ridge. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and providing accurate information about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operate our Point of Sale system with efficiency and accuracy, selling lift tickets, lessons, rentals, and packages to our guests.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  3. Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services, including our winter sports offerings, and make recommendations to guests accordingly.
  4. Accurately enter guest information into our Point of Sale system, including customer details, product selections, and payment options.
  5. Ensure all guest forms are completed correctly and completely, including required signatures.
  6. Follow all cash handling rules and procedures, and be responsible for all transactions performed under your login.
  7. Perform other tasks and duties as requested by management, including attending weekly training and safety meetings.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service, even in high-pressure situations.
  • Prior experience with Point of Sale systems, sales, and cash handling is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under extreme pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physical environment.
