Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Services Representative to join our team. As a Guest Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register, handle customer transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Restock shelves, maintain inventory levels, and ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store fixtures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing procedures, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
