Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant at LHH Recruitment Solutions in Downtown Atlanta. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Director and team, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule meetings for the Director and team members, including external stakeholders, and prepare agendas, secure meeting spaces, arrange catering, and communicate meeting details to participants.
  • Organize and book travel for the Director, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Draft and manage emails, letters, and other forms of communication for the Director.
  • Assist with document preparation, scanning, copying, and formatting, and maintain both paper and electronic filing systems.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and internet research.

Benefits:
  • $20-$23 per hour
  • Parking: Additional pay provided to cover monthly parking rate
