Main Duties:
  1. Act as liaison between HR and the ancillary revenue team to schedule interviews and process new hires
  2. Manage workflow for the ancillary revenue staff, including parking managers
  3. Update vendor and tenant contact information
  4. Code and process corporate invoices
  5. Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, guests, and vendors

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
