We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Executive to join our team at IPG Mediabrands. As a key member of our Account Management team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations of our Account Executives, Senior AE's, and Supervisors on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Media Research and Planning: Learn and utilize Rapport's research, planning, and buying tools on a daily basis to support the development of effective media strategies.
  • Media Math and Measurement: Develop an understanding of Media Math and media planning measurement currency such as impressions, TRP's, Reach, Frequency, CPMs, and CPPs.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and maintain weekly status reports and competitive reports for clients to ensure timely and accurate information.
  • Vendor Management: Attend weekly vendor meetings and become an expert on all of the OOH formats currently available to support the development of effective media strategies.
  • Proposal Development: Assist Account management team with proposals, including PowerPoint decks and Excel spreadsheets.
  • Client Support: Gather production specs, issue posting instructions, and put together proof of performance documents to support client needs.
  • Scheduling: Schedule client calls and meetings as needed to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Industry Knowledge: Be knowledgeable of all Mediabrands SBUs and their specific area of expertise to support the development of effective media strategies.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Desktop Software, specifically: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while managing tight deadlines.
  • Education: Rapport does not require candidates to have a college degree.
