Job Description:
As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing our organization's benefit policies and plans.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as the benefits subject matter expert for Human Resources, providing guidance on benefit offerings and administration.
- Researching and recommending benefit options to ensure they are cost-effective and appealing to employees.
- Leading projects related to benefits open enrollment, audits, and compliance.
- Serving as the primary liaison with system vendors, ensuring seamless communication and support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or a related field.
- 3-5 years of benefits experience.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, benefits, and HR processes.
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Google.
Salary: Estimated $83,000 per year.
