We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Professional to join our team at Derwin Griffith - State Farm Agent. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in establishing strong customer relationships and driving business growth.

Job DescriptionThis is a full-time position with a salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, plus commission/bonus. You will receive health stipend after initial training period, paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days), flexible hours, and growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within my agency.
Responsibilities- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
