We are looking for a highly skilled and organized Hospital Switchboard Operator to join our dynamic team at Bristol Hospital Inc. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for managing the flow of communications and providing top-notch customer service to patients, visitors, and hospital employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the telephone switchboard system to ensure efficient and effective communication
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide accurate information and assistance
- Maintain accurate records and reports of patient interactions and correspondence
