About This Role$45,000 - $55,000 per year (estimated annual salary)

This position oversees daily operational activities, business objectives, and staff management for their assigned area of operation as an Assistant Manager, Retail Photo Services.


Key Responsibilities
  • Establish positive relationships with venue B2B clients
  • Ensure proper scheduling and timely communication
  • Promote exceptional guest service and upselling tactics among front-line staff
  • Manage reporting according to company policies and procedures
  • Analyze sales activity and create action plans for growth
  • Coach staff in photo capture techniques and upselling sales tactics
  • Foster a safe working environment while upholding venue safety rules and standards
  • Maintain site cleanliness, employee uniform, and guest service delivery

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communications skills
  • 1+ years of leadership experience in theme park, hospitality, retail management, or customer-focused backgrounds
  • Ability to lead, motivate, communicate, and interact positively with people
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable transportation for travel within assigned regions
  • Working knowledge of computers and applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
