**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Policy Coordinator to join our team at Bristol Health Inc. in the United States.

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, with an estimated salary of $83,000 per year.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or a related field, with 3-5 years of benefits experience.

The job requires strong knowledge of HRIS systems, benefits, and HR processes, as well as excellent computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Google.

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the benefits subject matter expert for Human Resources, effectively communicating with employees to understand their benefit offerings.
  • Continuously researches, recommends, and implements benefit options that will be cost-effective and attractive to the employee population.
  • Serves as project lead for annual benefits open enrollment.
  • Serves as project lead for audit, compliance, and information requests.
  • Serves as primary liaison with system vendors.
  • Designs, manages, and administers 403B plans, health, dental, life, and disability plans, and other hospital benefit programs.

Work Environment: Normal office conditions.
