About the Job:
A senior-level position at Midas - AMG Enterprises is available for a skilled Automotive Service Manager/ Assistant Manager. This role involves supervising up to ten employees, managing daily operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and direct all automotive and general service technicians in the operation of the shop.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers.
- Follow up with customers, services requested, estimated completion times, etc.
- Oversee complete vehicle inspections and make comprehensive recommendations, building computerized repair orders and sourcing parts.
- Lead, manage, and train team members while keeping in tune with our company's vision, purpose, core values, and employee creed.
- Supervise up to ten employees.
- Oversee technicians' inspections, diagnosing and repairing domestic, European, and Asian cars and light trucks.
- Maintain inventory counts.
- Overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of store or service manager experience.
- General automotive knowledge.
- Excellent customer service disposition.
- Good communication skills.
- Leadership ability.
- Team building skills.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Valid drivers license.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 per year.
