  • Maintain accurate records of all outbound activities, including load schedules, invoices, and any related communications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics, billing, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with logistics or billing software is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively across departments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
