Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our commercial customers to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our customer base.
  • Sales and Account Management
    • Meet or exceed sales targets by providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our customers.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and account information.
  • Product Knowledge and Expertise
    • Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge and technical expertise to provide exceptional customer service and support.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities and improve our products and services.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Develop and maintain strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, colleagues, and vendors.
    • Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and vendors to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide support.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • At least two years of outside sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
    • High level of self-motivation and self-direction.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
