Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling and delivering vehicles, processing paperwork, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell and deliver a minimum number of vehicles per month
  • Write complete sales orders and process paperwork in accordance with dealership policies
  • Utilize dealership sales control and follow-up systems
  • Keep up-to-date on new products and services within the industry
  • Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a prospect development system
  • Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot
  • Exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month, and year to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively
