Job Summary

We are seeking an Executive Sales Manager to join our team at Amplify Recruiting.

Estimated Annual Salary: $150,000 - $220,000

Main Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Director of Operations to develop and implement sales strategies, including account mapping, territory management, and vendor alignment.
  • Deal Closure: Close deals individually and in support of less experienced sellers, while also negotiating pricing and deal structures.
  • Candidate Recruitment: Recruit and train new account executives, with a focus on developing their skills and knowledge.

  • Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams.

  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
