Job Title: Federal Sales Executive for AV Solutions

About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to lead our efforts in expanding our Federal sales footprint. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for prospecting, attaining, growing, and maintaining key accounts within the DoD sector and Federal Government.

About the Role:

  • Sales Leadership: Provide leadership and direction in attaining corporate goals for sales to the DoD sector/Federal Government.
  • Account Management: Prospect, attain, grow, and maintain key accounts.
  • Business Development: Develop strategic visions for federal government solutions and execute tactical plans.
  • Vendor Relations: Enhance and develop vendor relationships.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize technical expertise to promote the brand and initiatives.

About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in AV Integration and a proven track record of success in the Federal/DOD market space.

Your Background:

  • Must have current AV Integration direct-sales experience.
  • Experience in the Federal/DOD market space is essential.
  • Able to market and develop business opportunities.
  • Strong familiarity of the government market for target products and services.
  • Extensive list of key contacts at Government Contractors and Agencies.
  • Preferrably experience selling large UC and AV solutions including systems like Polycom, Cisco, Crestron, Extron, AMX, Biamp, and ClearOne.

About the Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
