Executive Benefits Administrator

Job Summary
Criterion Executive Search is seeking an experienced Executive Benefits Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our benefits administration department, you will be responsible for managing self-funded employee benefits administration and providing exceptional client service.
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled professional with three years of experience in third-party, self-insured account management, including medical, dental, life, and other ancillary products. You should have a clear understanding of employee benefits plans, regulations, and administration, as well as major legislation impacting benefits such as Health Care Reform and the American Rescue Plan Act.
Responsibilities
- Manage self-funded employee benefits administration, assisting current and new clients with questions, claims, and billing issues to a successful resolution.
- Execute the pre-renewal and renewal process, assessing and determining client needs to choose the best benefit options.
- Organize and present client meetings, including employee enrollment meetings.
- Leverage benefit administration technology to assist clients, create reports, interact with operations, maintain optimal record-keeping, and manage clients effectively.
Requirements
- Three years of experience in third-party, self-insured account management.
- Demonstrated proficiency in medical, dental, life, and other ancillary products.
- Licensed in Life and Health insurance or able to obtain licensure shortly after hire.
What We Offer
