We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to serve as the Deputy Division Director of WIC & Energy. This role is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and coordination of all activities related to the WIC and Energy Programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to improve program effectiveness and efficiency.
- Manage program budgets and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Supervise and lead a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure successful program outcomes.
- Build and maintain relationships with area healthcare providers, community agencies, and vendors.
- Develop and implement outreach materials and plans to promote program services.
- Prepare and submit reports to the Division Director and other stakeholders.
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in a related field.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in basic computer software and data collection systems.
