We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Sales Operations Manager to join our team at Align Communications. Key Responsibilities:- Supervise sales operations, including growth objectives, executing department goals, and special projects
- Evaluate and improve business procedures to align with organizational objectives
- Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability
- Manage daily operations in the Plano office, including purchasing, pricing, procurement, CW and document control, close-out P&L/project close-out, and inventory tracking
- Work closely with the Legal, Compliance, and Accounting departments to ensure compliance and accuracy in procurement and shipping documentation
- Manage special projects, including integrated rack build services, data center containment solutions, and re-selling opportunities
- Effectively communicate with the Data Center Solutions team and other departments to develop an efficient workflow and ensure customer demands are met
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or a comparable field
- 5-10 years of progressive responsibility in sales operations, sales support, and/or supply chain management
- Familiarity with the Data Center Industry
- Motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience in warehouse management and procurement is a plus
- Proven team management experience
- Integrated rack build experience
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills
- Proven leadership and employee development skills
