Sales Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Sales Operations Manager to join our team at Align Communications. As a key member of our Data Center Solutions team, you will be responsible for managing and connecting multiple departments, thinking on your feet, finding solutions, and multitasking.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise sales operations, including growth objectives, executing department goals, and special projects.
- Evaluate the efficiency of business procedures and apply improvements to promote profitability.
- Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Manage daily operations in the Plano, TX office, including purchasing, pricing, procurement, CW and document control, close-out P&L/project close-out, and inventory tracking.
- Work closely with the Legal, Compliance, and Accounting departments to ensure completeness and correctness of shipping documentation, quality control inspections, and other procurement-related items.
- Develop and implement methods and procedures to eliminate customer delivery problems and improve delivery times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop an efficient workflow that meets customer demands.
- Help mitigate risks and manage continuous improvement within the warehouse and operations functions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or a comparable field.
- Five to ten years of progressive responsibility in sales operations, sales support, and/or supply chain management.
- Familiarity with the Data Center Industry.
- Motivated, entrepreneurial, and out-of-the-box thinking.
- Experience in warehouse management and procurement is a plus.
- Proven team management experience.
- Integrated Rack Build Experience.
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
- Proven leadership and employee development skills.
- Demonstrated effective planning and organization skills.
